What we collect
When you send a travel request or contact message, we collect the information you choose to give us:
- Your name, email address, phone number, nationality and city.
- Trip details: route, dates, cabin, number of travellers, budget and preferences.
- Passport status (for example, “valid for more than six months”) and any notes you add.
- The contact method you prefer and whether you have consented to be contacted.
Our server also records limited technical information with each submission — an IP address and browser user-agent — to help prevent spam and abuse. We do not collect card numbers or passport scans through this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a travel quote.
- To check visa, ticket and hotel requirements for the trip you describe.
- To arrange the services you approve, including sharing necessary details with airlines, embassies, hotels, insurers or transfer providers.
- To keep business records and meet legal or tax obligations.
- To protect the website from spam, fraud and misuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with the suppliers involved in your trip — for example an airline, consolidator, embassy or consulate, hotel, insurer or transfer company — and with service providers who host our website or deliver our email. Those providers are expected to handle the information only for the purpose it was shared.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not become a booking, we keep it for up to 12 months so we can pick up the conversation if you return. Booking and financial records are kept for as long as required by applicable law and our accountants. You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. The travel request form saves a draft in your browser’s local storage so you do not lose your answers if you reload the page. That draft stays in your browser until you submit the form or clear your browser data. Links to Google Maps are external and subject to Google’s own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@vplusflight.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep records where the law requires it.
Security
We limit access to enquiries to the staff who need them, use a password-protected mailbox for correspondence, and keep the website software up to date. No system is completely secure; please do not send card numbers or passport scans by ordinary email unless we have given you a secure method.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and its review date. The latest version always applies.
